Terms of Service
Last updated 6 August 2026 · Effective from the date above
In plain language
- Cirvix is in private beta. Nothing on the website charges you today; the prices on the Pricing page are real and apply once your plan is available.
- Cirvix enforces according to the policies you or your administrators configure. We do not claim it prevents all misuse, all prompt injection, or all unauthorized access — see the threat model on the Security page for what it does and does not defend against.
- You’re responsible for the policies you write and the access you grant through them — Cirvix enforces the rules it is given.
- Enterprise customers sign a separate Master Services Agreement that takes precedence over this page for their account.
These terms govern access to and use of the Cirvix website (https://www.cirvix.com) and the Cirvix AgentControl product, offered by Umang Kumar, trading as Cirvix(“Cirvix”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you’re accepting on behalf of an organization, you’re representing that you have the authority to bind it.
1. The service, and its stage
Cirvix AgentControl is a runtime control plane for AI agents: policy enforcement, identity, secrets brokering, observability, audit, and related modules described on the Platform pages. Cirvix is currently in private beta. Prices on the Pricing page are published and real, but there is no live checkout — access is granted through the request flow, and billing begins only once we tell you your plan is available, at the price shown to you at that time.
2. Accounts
You’re responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for safeguarding credentials issued to you, and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at umang@cirvix.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Cirvix to:
- Violate applicable law, or the rights of a third party, through an agent or workflow Cirvix governs;
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or probe the enforcement boundary of a Cirvix deployment you do not own or have written authorization to test;
- Reverse-engineer the service beyond what applicable law expressly permits notwithstanding this restriction; or
- Resell or provide the service to a third party as your own offering without a separate written agreement.
4. Fees and billing
Plan prices are published on the Pricing page and are charged in USD. Each plan includes a daily allowance of protected decisions. There is no metered overage: reaching the allowance stops further decisions being admitted until it resets at 00:00 UTC, and no usage beyond it is billable at any rate. Team is sold per seat with a three-seat minimum, so the smallest Team subscription is three seats. Prices are exclusive of applicable tax. None of this is chargeable until billing is live for your account — see the honesty note on the Pricing page for exactly how that transition works.
5. Your policies and configuration
You own the policies, configuration, and data you create in Cirvix. You’re responsible for the access those policies grant — the engine enforces the rules it is given, and an overly permissive rule you write will be honoured exactly as written. Cirvix does not use your policies or decision records to train a general-purpose model.
6. Disclaimers
Cirvix enforces access according to the policies configured in your workspace. We do not guarantee that Cirvix prevents all misuse, all prompt injection, or all unauthorized access — the specific, honest boundary of what the product defends against is published on the Security page and is incorporated into these terms by reference. Except as expressly stated in an executed Enterprise agreement, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cirvix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the service. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Enterprise customers’ liability terms are set by their executed MSA, which controls over this section for that account.
8. Term and termination
Either party may stop using or providing the service at any time during private beta. Once billing is live, termination and refund terms will be stated plainly at that point and, for Enterprise customers, governed by the MSA.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product moves out of private beta. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page and, for active customers, communicated directly.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute not otherwise resolved is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
