Billing, usage, and access

Can I pay right now?

Not yet. Cirvix is in private beta and the engine is not generally available, so there is no live checkout on this page. Prices above are the real, published prices that will apply — publishing them now rather than hiding them behind “contact sales” is deliberate. Billing starts when the plan you want is available; requesting access below reserves your place and locks in these prices for you.

What counts as a “protected tool execution”?

One authorized decision on one tool call — a permit, a deny, or a hold that Cirvix's runtime enforcement resolves. A call an agent never attempts doesn't count, and a call that never reaches an instrumented surface (see the limits on the Runtime Security module) can't be counted, because Cirvix never saw it.

What happens if I go over the Starter limit?

Enforcement denies at allowance, no overage. Upgrade or wait for 00:00 UTC reset.

Can I self-host, or run this in my own cloud?

Starter through Business run on Cirvix's multi-tenant SaaS. Single-tenant VPC and on-premise — including air-gapped — deployments are an Enterprise option; see the deployment models on the Enterprise page.

What's the difference between a seat and an agent?

A seat is a person — someone who signs in, approves a held call, or reads the dashboard. An agent is a workload — a running process with its own identity and scope. Starter and Pro are single-seat plans with no cap on collaborators because there aren't any yet; Team and Business price by seat because the thing you're buying at that tier is a shared workspace.

Is there a free trial?

Not a metered one — there's nothing to meter until billing goes live. The free local scanner (`npx @cirvix/agent-control scan`) is available today with no account: it's read-only and reports what's already running ungoverned on your machine.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrades and downgrades will be self-serve from the dashboard once billing is live. Until then, tell us your expected plan in the access request and we'll confirm it before anything is chargeable.

Which currency am I actually billed in, and is tax included?

Customers billed from India are charged in INR at the rate shown; everyone else is billed in USD. All prices above are exclusive of applicable tax — GST, VAT, or otherwise — which is added at checkout once checkout exists.
